I will never be able to say enough good things about my experience! I feel like I have been given my life back. On the day of my surgery I weighed 202 lbs, had a 44 inch waist, and 49 inch hips. I felt frumpy and discouraged because I was unable to lose the weight through diet and consistent exercise no matter how hard I tried. I had a tummy tuck and lipo on my flanks. It was an amazing and immediate difference, including being rid of most of my stretch marks. It's now been 5 months and I continue to improve 180lbs, 37 inch waist, 43 inch hips AND am still losing weight since my body can focus on other areas! Yes, it was painful and recovery was slow but it was 100% worth it because it has really improved my quality of life. I have more energy, don't get so tired, feel and look better, and even my appetite has been reduced. I plan to have a breast reduction soon. Normally this procedure can be done at the same time but in cases like mine where the patient is very obese it is good to split them up in order to not cause strain on the heart as it adjusts to the new body. So glad to be in the hands of a capable doctor with a lot of integrity. You get what you pay for and this was worth the investment in myself. Sorry the recovery photos are all clothed because I was afraid to take off my compression garment. I will post more later.
