Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

7.5 Years Post Op Photos

They definitely dropped and fluffed and I’m starting to get the under boob fold I always wanted. Thanking gravity for that. Thanks to Dr. Pousti for giving me everything I wanted with regards to my breasts!

I considered scar revision, however, for the price I think I will pass for now. The only people that see my scars are myself, my cat and my significant other. No complaints from them or past partners.

If you’re worried about scars, I say don’t care what other people think. Whoever gets a chance to see them should feel so lucky and should never have a complaint about your body.

7 1/2 Years Post Op - Still The Best Purchase I Ever Made!

Hello Everyone!
I'm back with an update letting everyone know how happy I still am with my breast augmentation.
I am 29 years old now, about 15lbs heavier than I was when I originally got my BA and I wear a 36C bra as opposed to a 32DD when I originally got them done. My breasts have not gotten smaller, but rather my chest is now wider.
My breast feel so natural and most people think they are natural! I have gotten an influx of compliments from new friends lately saying that I'm so lucky that I'm thin but have large breasts. You best believe I tell them, they're fake! I would hate for someone to envy me thinking I'm naturally blessed with these amazing boobies, but rather they are achievable for anyone who wants to get augmented.
I remember my consult with Dr. Pousti, where I told him I wanted my breasts to be an "Are they real? Are they not real?" situation. Dr. Pousti delivered, even over 7 years later they are the perfect size and exactly what I wanted.
I am so glad that I got my augmentation when I did. I was a lot younger and a little bit more decisive and more of a risktaker. If I waited until the age I am now, I think I'd be too scared to move forward with a permanent change. I'm so glad that 22 year old me was like: we're doing this. 29 year old me is reaping the benefits!
Also, I know prices have gone up since I got my surgery. I can only imagine they will continue to go up from here.
If you are on the fence here are my suggestions:
- DO YOUR REASEARCH! It's great that you're on RealSelf, but interact with the people on here and ask questions! We're on here to learn and to share our experiences.
- I did not develop Breast Implant Illness, but please look into that. From my own personal experience, I recommend round gummy bear implants.
- Go to Dr. Pousti. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. He is an expert that is still doing BAs and other procedures. He's been around doing this for a long time because he is the best and because he is passionate about helping women feel more confident.
