2 Weeks Post Op!

Hello everyone, long time no talk! I've been crazy busy with college and haven't had time to post, I apologize.

Since the last time I posted my new boobs have changed a lot!! The swelling has really gone down and they have dropped a good amount. Also, as of today I can stop wearing a sports bra and ace bandage! Yes!! That thing was a pain and made me feel like I couldn't breath. I am now wearing a Victorias Secret bra with no underwire.

I am still sleeping on my back, mostly. I sleep with 5 pillows all around me and stacked up and I have been having HORRIBLE back pain because I am a side sleeper and always have been. I've started shifting to slightly lay on my side and that relieves some pain. But I've been taking my prescribed pain pills for my back, not my boobs! What the heck! Anyone else experience this much back pain after surgery??

Another thing that I've been experiencing is extreme sensitivity. My muscles no longer hurt, but my skin and nipples are soooo sensitive and touching them hurts. Sometimes even just my bra irritates them. I've been thinking it's because I'm getting feeling back in my breasts but I'm not sure? Anyone know??

That's all I have to say for now. I am in love with my new boobs and am so happy with how they turned out. Sometimes I have boob greed, but then I remember how I was before and I'm happy!

Thanks for reading!!

Day 5

Not much to say today other than I am feeling SO good now, with everything! All of my pain is completely gone!! I am a functioning human again haha. The only thing I'm worried about is that my right boob is higher than my left one, but I know it's still really early so I am going to stay patient and wait it out.

I go back to class tomorrow so I won't be posting as often, but I will make updates periodically! Good luck everyone with your BA's and congrat's on your new boobies! :)

Day 4 SO sleepy, so constipated

I have slept ALL day today. I woke up at 8 and had breakfast, went back to sleep until around noon and had some rice and then went back to sleep until 4:45 and I'm still tired! It is definitely from the medications that I'm on so starting now I am stopping them completely and switching to ibuprofen only. I need to get these meds out of my system so I am functioning by Monday morning.

I am also very constipated and every time I eat or drink my belly just gets bigger and bigger. It is so uncomfortable so I've been taking miralax, colace, and dulcolax. So far nothing has worked, but I'm starting to feel thing working down there and it feels pretty yucky. Hoping I can go soon to relieve this fullness.

My breasts feel great today other than the dreaded morning boob. The morning is definitely the worst part of the day because of soreness and tightness. They are looking good too and I think my right breast is higher than my left which is making me anxious, but I've started to massage the top of it today so hopefully it will even out with the left. I will be patient and give it time! Other than that, I'm feeling good and they have dropped a good amount so far so I am very happy. I'm looking forward to continue seeing the progress!
