I think there is little improvement. The improvement last week I have seen was all because of swelling, which is now resolving and I can say I have very little to no improvement in most of the scars. I don't if any improvement is yet to come in my case. The doctor told me that it will take almost six months to see the results of Nano Fat Graft as stem cells starts their growth from almost 3 month post procedure. Still feeling lumps on touch and while looking at mirror very closely. Also some bruises are still there which are resolving very slowly.

Hi Everyone,
I have severe acne scars from my adult hood and they need correction. I had an excision of several scars done on my left cheek few years back by Dr. Edward Seaton in London, but that also left an indented scar of surgery and therefore, I wouldn't recommend excision for acne scars. However, now I have booked an appointment with a Plastic Surgeon here in Karachi, Pakistan to do Subcision with Fat Transfer. I want to know whether this will be the right treatment for my acne as well as surgical scar as can be seen in the Photos.
