Getting my Saline implants replaced with silicone...

Getting my Saline implants replaced with silicone due to rippling and dropping. These are 400cc Saline implants I got two years ago along with a lift. I had a
90 pound weight loss and very loose droopy breasts. My skin is very stretchy and the implants dropped pretty low although the original position was good. The sides and bottom of the implants have significant rippling. It is visible through the skin. The implants are quite far apart in my armpits as well.
I will be having surgery April 9 to replace the implants with 450 high profile silicone. Doctor will also do a lot of sewing to move my pockets into a more natural position and out of my armpits. He said it's difficult and technical to move the implant capsule. The inside is smooth and he said it needs to be roughed up with Caudery :(
Then after he gets the new implant placement right he will do another lift removing more skin. Hopefully avoiding cutting around my nipples of possible. I had a lot of trouble with the circular sutures around the areola the first time around and I also had an infection. I would love to leave them intact if possible. I'll post pics after surgery. Nervous because he said this revision will be painful. N

Done. Day 3

Surgery went well. All wrapped up so I can't see much but they look decent. I went from 400 saline to 450 silicone. I hope they don't end up looking smaller. I know they will be very different due to different implant and pocket repair. I'm so nervous. Also we were hoping to avoid to cut my areola again but he had to. I can lift my arms higher than original aug and lift. I assume that's because my muscles were already stretched out. Also he did a tiny lipo above my tummy tuck scar because it has a little lip on it. Really thoughtful of him. He didn't have to do that. He asked me when he was marking me and I was like sure!
Pain meds have given me a migraine. No more. I was in bed all day with it. Couldn't even stand to hear whispering voices. The headache was more painful than my breasts. I'll be toughing it out now.

Day 4/5

Feeling decent. Not taking much pain medication becUse of the wicked headaches they cause. Most painful spots are lipo places as I knew they would be. I don't think too much fat came out but I think doc was aggressive knowing I badly wanted the love handles reduced. He even did a tiny bit of lipo above my TT scar to smooth it out. Turned out great. I'm very swollen as I am not wearing a binder. He didn't think it was worth the discomfort with this small amount of lipo. Boobs feel decent Until I do something dumb like reach over my head in the cabinets. I have the hardest time asking for help or just plain letting things go undone. I know it hindered my recovery with both my previous mommy surgeries. So today in sitting down watching TV now that my kids ( 9&10) are back to school after spring break.
I desperately want to wash my hair. Don't see doc till 15th so until then I can only imagine what my booba look like he had some challenges so I know perfection isn't realistic and I don't expect it. I know I will need nipple revisions. They just don't hold up well to the process and the circular suture around the areola. Had those removed after last surgery. Anyway. Rambling.
