My consultation appointment was at the end of March 2013 and I noticed that Dr. Bharti was very punctual. I waited maybe five minutes to be called back and maybe ten for him to come into the room (even at my follow up appointments I don’t wait very long). He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I have never felt rushed at any of my appointments. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. Dr. Bharti’s staff was very considerate of my needs and ensured that I made the least amount of trips possible as I live 60 miles away. Dr. Bharti and his staff followed through with the commitments they made to me. I was undecided about the type of implant (silicone vs. saline), the site of the incision (breast or arm), and of course the cost difference. His nurse, Erin made out estimates of the cost and mailed them to me and I received them within two days. Dr. Bharti suggested that I take a few days to decide and told me I could call him to let him know my decision as long as I let him know at least a week prior to the surgery (it was nice knowing that I could change my mind at any time). I felt that it was great that they were so patient and flexible to meet my needs.

My surgery was April 19, 2013 and on the day of the surgery Dr. Bharti visited with me and explained what to expect after the surgery. He also spoke to my mother about what to expect and briefed her on the service he preformed. Following the surgery I attended the follow ups as recommended and when I requested my before and after pictures I received them within a few weeks. I was also sent a confirmation e-mail to ensure the pictures were actually going to go to me. I thought that this was considerate of my confidentiality.

Recovery took a few days longer than I expected, but I was feeling almost like myself in 7 days and completely normal in 3 months. There were times when I needed clarification on my limitations and when I called I always got my questions answered in a few minutes. I never had to leave a message for a nurse to call me back. My breasts look great and they are fuller and natural looking. I can barely feel the implants when I massage them. The incisions have healed and the scars are slowly fading. Dr. Bharti did a wonderful job and I definitely recommend him for breast augmentation. I will definitely go back to him in the future. What other surgeon would provide a service from beginning to end in three weeks?
