I am so happy to finally be doing something that I have wanted for over 7 years, getting gorgeous boobies. I am a mother of 3, all breastfed. 5'8" and 190 lbs after a 80 lb weight loss over the last year. This is my present to myself.

So far all visits to my physician have been great. She is patient and answers all your questions, and its great to know that all her staff have trusted her with their boobs and they look awesome as well.

I have always wanted big beautiful, "porn star" look boobs and finally. I decided on 600cc Allergan, high profile, unders. I orginally chose 500cc, but since I'm paying, I will get what I want. Losing the weight was nice but big breast is just iciing on the cake.

I have researched breast implants pros and cons for years and finally I'm ready to go beyond that stage of contemplating it, and actually having it done. June 8, 2011

I know I should be sleep but I'm so excited, can't wait until the anesthesiologist says I'm going to just give you a little medicine to relax......and nite nite, LOL. I've been waiting so long for this and these deflated 36A are not cutting it for me.

So I made it through the night, let me just say it very uncomfortable sleeping sitting up on pillows. I got my pain under control because I took my pain meds around the clock for the first day. I haven't used the nausea medicine yet. I did vomit twice, but nothing heavy. I got up all day yesterday after surgery to walk around the house, and kept my TED hose on during the night. I also kept my ice pack on, it really helped with the swelling and taking the Sinecch tabs also. I haven't seen the incisions yet, waiting on the nurse to get here and clean my incisions and I will take pictures then.


My doctor sent me a bouquet of flowers today and...

My doctor sent me a bouquet of flowers today and called to check on me last night. I feel like I have two watermelons attached to my chest. The pressure feels like when I was breastfeeding and I was engorged other than that no pain I already stopped using the narcotic pain medicine and started using tylenol, I would definitely say silicone is the way to go they feel so real.

Today I feel great no pain medicine at all, I have.serious back pain from trying to sleep reclining my right is still slightly higher than my left but they are both dropping. The right side kind of feels like something is pulling though I think since I use my right side more often it may take longer for it to drop into its pocket.

Oh and another thing, they definitely don't...

Oh and another thing, they definitely don't tell you about the itching once you start healing, UHHHHH!!!!, I am a nurse and I know better but it is killing me, LOL

Healing is going great, incisions are well approximated, I still have feeling in my nipples, which is a good sign. No signs of any problems, and follow up doctor appt is tomorrow, hopefully she is happy with results so far, because I know I am.

OK, first post-op appt done and she states everything looks great and to follow-up in one week, still retained feeling in my nipples. Very happy with results of my augmentation.

Ok so everything is going great I absolutely adore my new
breasts they are starting to be a little more movable now. I try on clothes all the time and my healing is really good. Hopefully soon I'll be doing my consult for my tummy tuck soon.

She takes her time with you,and answers all your questions. Let me say her staff are wonderfule people because they were patient with me, very professional women, the office is immaculate and clean, and the surgery suite is clean and comfortable. I like the set up in the surgery suite, it does not look like a hospital where you are going to have surgery and its cold and smells like steel. Dr Doolabh, her staff, and even the anethesiologist are well trained and professional people.I am going back for the tummy tuck the end of the year. Let me say she took her time measuring me with the consults and the day of surgery she made sure that she did not rush, and it was right. I like that, I am a nurse and personally a doctor does not have to be super nice to me, I prefer a doctor who knows what she/he is doing and

Very nice. It fits your shape. I cant wait for my turn tomorrow. Im a little taller than you at 6'0 but same weight of 190 lbs. Im looking to buying new bras in 2013!!! Let me ask you this..... do you feel as if the extra weight is bothersome on your back in anyway? Just a thought. My friend is naturally a DD and complains about her back. She was like no DD's if you can help it. Im looking at being a 36 Full D or DD after my procedure.

Good for you, mama! I love the fact that there are so many mothers on here who are treating themselves like the super heroes we are. Seriously. Lol. You are looking fabulous! I just had mine done this a.m. and I feel like I've done a million pushups! But other than that and the 2x of being sick, I can't wait til mine start dropping and looking great!

Thanks so much! Honestly i feel like those 1st pics you posted looked almost identical to mine. Maybe it's the 3 kids thing and them being deflated lol. THey look great congrats! I'm hoping my time will come soon :)

You have to keep me updated, my back hurts from sitting in a reclining position but it is worth it to me. I know i did the right thing for me.

Congrats! Wanted to ask you something, bc i breastfed 3 little ones too and am looking to get some implants and i noticed yours look just like mine. I saw a dr and he said i had ptosis bc of where my nipple lies. Did your surgeon end up doing any type lift w/ yours?
