Craziness

Well everything went awesome! My surgery was good, healing was on the up, and life was looking good! Then BAM about day 5 I felt like I was dying! Weakness, vomiting, headaches!!! I had a bad Gallbladder and didn't know til we got to the ER and had several tests. They pumped me full of antibiotics to get the gallbladder under control. I got discharged and have to go back in three weeks for surgery so all my ps could heal. I'll post some pics later when I'm feeling better, but just wanted to let you guys know how it's going so far:)

11 years ago I had a Breast Aug preformed due to loss of volume after 3 pregnancies. My initial want was to have my prepreggers form back, but was told that i would regret not going bigger, because everyone regrets going small. I trusted the Doctor and nurses because his office came highly recommended. I went with 550 cc silicone mentor implants. They feel VERY natural and i was happy with my choice all of 1 year. Going so big for my frame(I'm 5'5" and 125lbs with a small build) was a mistake a would live with for 11 years! I would wake up with my chest throbbing because of the extra weight, sleeping on my stomach was out of the question now, the middle of my back felt like it was on fire sometimes. Im a hairstylist and I'm on my feet all day that doesn't help matters either.
About three years ago I started searching for a new doctor. I went on several consultations and decided that I would try a few other options first. I do exercise, but had never tried yoga which a couple of my docs recommended. Yoga did wonders for my back pain, but not enough. Not to mention that no matter how many crunches or hours spent in the yoga studio, I still couldn't get rid of my baby pouch. Thats when I decided OK enough is enough! I need to take these implants out, get a lift with possible smaller implants and abdominalplasty. I want to live the rest of my life comfortable with myself. I can't wait for the relief i believe I'll have once I have smaller breasts. Oh and as you age gravity takes hold but the implants never move just your skin, so your breast starts slipping off the implant going south, while your implants stay nice and hi. Not so attractive.

I found Dr. Michael Whetstone through a couple of clients who absolutely loved him. One client in particular had a double mastectomy and he did her reconstructive surgery. She said he was very compassionate with her and her husband. I went on my consultation with him. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I laughed and cried a little too, but they understood and talked me through all my questions. I scheduled and that is that!!!! My PreOp is tomorrow and I can't wait!!!
