I like the outcome of my surgery. It's just that one nostril looks higher or more flared than the other. I want to know what options I may have that are min invasive. I don't want the perfect nose or wish to do anymore work on it except this one nostril is bothering me. Does it look within the "normal" range of asymmetry? Any feedback is much appreciated.

I would ask the doctor what would be involved in trying to make them more symmetrical. If it is minor, then I personally would do it. But if it is major, then I wouldn't bother. You are very symmetrical otherwise!

Hi, has this improved at all since you first posted? I had a revision 3 days ago and my left nostril looks much lower than my right - I'm hoping it's just the swelling, but convincing myself it's not :-\
