I honestly don't see much of an asymmetry and trying to correct something small can make things worse, so I would personally say not to bother. But if it really bothers you like every moment of the day than maybe it is worth it to you?
I appreciate your honestly and you're totally right. I get it in my head sometimes that it looks deformed or something, but that might be my head playing tricks on me :)
Trust me it does not look deformed at all and I doubt anybody else would notice. But I get how we can hyper focus on our own little imperfections regardless of how small they are.
I agree 100%. Are you thinking about getting a nose job or...?
I think it looks great!
Really? Thanks :) there are just a few minor things, but I guess nothing is perfect .
Yes and please don't go with revision if you don't have other concerns. As you said nothing is perfect and why go through all that for such a minor asymmetry ( which honestly I wouldn't notice if you didn't mentioned it)
Just be positive and concentrate on the things that you like about your nose :)
Thanks so much!
Who was your surgeon your nose looks nice

My revision doctor told me that if my nostrils needed any work following the revision, like lowering the nostrils, he would take a little bit of cartilage from the ear to create very small graphs to place in the nostrils through incision inside the nose. I understand that this procedure is relatively simple and a common way to lower one or both nostrils. Good luck!

Thanks for posting here on RealSelf. I'm glad you posted this as a doctor question as well. What does your surgeon say? Could it still be swelling?

No doctors have replied. Where can I post for surgeons to reply, please? Thanks

Definitely try again. Please include photos if you can!

I did

Great! I hope you get some good responses this time.

Hi, has this improved at all since you first posted? I had a revision 3 days ago and my left nostril looks much lower than my right - I'm hoping it's just the swelling, but convincing myself it's not :-\
I would ask the doctor what would be involved in trying to make them more symmetrical. If it is minor, then I personally would do it. But if it is major, then I wouldn't bother. You are very symmetrical otherwise!
I wouldn't have noticed if you didn't mention it. It looks good.
i have the same problem... i did my surgery with Shervani in tehran... im 2 months post op
