“Invisalign: waste of time and money”

Invisalign: NOT worth it

Cost: $4,500
Pain: Uncomfortable
Invisalign satisfaction: Poor1 Star Rating: Poor

I was under the impression that invisalign was invisable... not the case. I had to have huge bumps glued to my teeth, and you can see gaps between my teeth and the aligner.

My treatment started with 17 aligners. After i went through all those, i had to get what they call "refinements" which are basically more aligners because the first ones didn't work. I told my dentist that something isn't right about my refinements.... they just don't fit right. I told him that I want new impressions done so that I can get another set of refinements, and he told me that you only get 1 refinement before you get charged more money.

Now that I am 14 months in (when my treatment was supposed to take 8 months), my teeth are still not straight. I wish I would have gotten regular braces and saved myself time and money, since metal braces are much less expensive.

can you see my invialigns?

Your teeth don't look bad...they look fine... But the invisalignes look rediculous, yeah I can see them big time. So sorry! =( Get another ortho. He's obviously inexperienced with the new product.
