MommyMakeover Recovery: Breadwinner, 29 with 2 Babies - Indianapolis, IN

Hi everyone! I am back! A lot of things going on.. I passed my boards and now an NP. I am back to work as a bedside nurse,doing exercise not much abdominal exercise though, and going on job hunting for a new role/job.

My wounds are okay except few tiny dehiscence in my right boob and drain site but they are healing fine since I am doing the silver dressing and it is working I believe.

I am happy with my mommymakeover decision. I am still swollen some but I like how it shapes my body again. Overall, reAlself which I found accidentally helped me in being confident with my decision. So I am now posing my 2 month update. Goodluck everyone..

Getting stronger and stronger everyday! I'm still off work for 2 more weeks. Hopefully by that time I am ready too.. Swelling is going down and my boobs is getting better too.. My wounds are all closed and started silicone strips and ointment since week 2. I think I can do some exercise now but choose not too. I will probably start doing some cardio by week 8 hopefully, I just don't want to ruin my muscle repaired belly.,) this not exercising thing is making me depressed.:)

Anyways i included some pics. I just don't have a good photographer though ( my daughter). My lipoed arms still sore but I definitely can see some arm definition there. A little bit of toning I should be able to flaunt my body this summer lol. This is definitely worth it!

Went to the Dr. This am. Pulled my only drain which had been botherin me for the last couple days. Walking okay. This week 2 i feel normal again. I still don't do a whole lot at home. I probably won't do cardio exercises till week 4. Although, my doctor recommend to start walking couple miles which I have been doing already. She cleared me on using scar treatment and i just started it today for my breast and for belly incision I probably would start it as soon as my whole from my drain is healed. Also, i just received a letter to schedule my board exam and thrilled and anxious about that. Now, i am going to be busy studying. I think I am ready to work soon but I am off till the next 4 weeks. Should be able to do lifting and physical work that time.

My stats are:

Bust: 36 (may change)
Waist: 31 (swelling incl.)
Hips: 38

I took pictures for week 2. But, i Am More swollem today, usually it's a little flatter early am and probably i'm bloated too.. Swelling is there but I am patient. Hopefully, it goes down before my our fambam vacay in asia this June. Anyways, i feel normal again. Helping the house some but no major chores yet not even driving. I believe i can do most chores imcl. Driving but i just don't want to compromise my healing internally. The doctor likes how my wounds are healing. Which is probably because I am Overdosing myself with vits. And protein. ;). Happy with results. Won't see Dr. Robey until May 2015, my 3 mos. PO.

I am really thankful i found this website, provided me with great and realistic expectations about plastic surgery.
