Weight lost challenge

Hello, ladies!! So I have begun my weight lost challenge and I have already lost 3 lbs. It has only been two weeks. WHOOP!! WHOOP!! My current weight was 187 lbs now I am 184 lbs. I will take that and run with it!!!...LOL I have been cutting back on junk food, eating smaller portions, eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking [RS bleep] loads of water…LOL My daily exercise routine as of now consists of walking until I build up enough endurance/motivation to do other things such as strength training. I don’t want to hurt myself or become overwhelmed too quickly. My plan is to lose 25-30 lbs. prior to surgery. I have 5 months to reach my goal weight which is 150-155 lbs. I CAN DO IT!! If I lose at least 5 lbs a month then I am on the right track. This is all being done without any weight lost pills or drinks. I am very excited and can’t wait to lose more weight. As I began to start my challenge I was feeling discouraged because I really didn’t want to work out; I just want to go straight into surgery at 187 lbs. But I want to have great results so I am pushing myself every morning and some evenings to make it to the gym. DETERMINATION IS KEY!! Realself is my motivation!!! I enjoy reading everyone’s success stories. Your stories encourage me more and more! And To see the joy of all you have makes me want to carry on with my decision to have this procedure. Thank you all for your stories…you all look FANTASIC!!
