I'll have to post new pics later. As I look back I can see a huge change. I still have swelling and fluid and I praying that my waist gets more contured. Overall I'm very pleased with my new body. My cloths for better and my more confident. I know the best is sill yet to come. I still have fluid pooling at the bottom of my tummy and I'm massaging daily.

As you can see still plenty of swelling. More on the left side than the right. I think that may be due to the way I sleep. The lower abdomen near incision has gone down some. Thank you massages. I visit my PS in Tuesday. I'll be asking for more advice on what I can do regarding g swelling. I've inly worn my binder all weekend, but come tomorrow I'll be compressing like crazy again. I feel great. Last night I attended a wedding and I danced at the reception until the wee hours. Very excited to see how my body will continue to change in the future weeks and months to come.

This weeks focus is compression and massaging. During the day I'm wearing my standard binder under a waist cinched I purchased from Sears. At night the binder and a high waisted panty girdle. I'm massaging twice daily for at least 20 min. Then yheresthe scar gel. This is a lot of work but still worth it. I'm starting to see that curve at my waist. I haven't seen that in years!

Wow! You doing too much too soon. Did you ask your PS about this? Trust me you have a long way to go in your healing process... Remember you don't want to just heal you want to heal right.. Take your time and you'll be super glad you did!!

You think? He told me to do the massages and scar gel. I amped up compression ony own since I read that it helps with the swelling. I have an apt with my PS next week so I'll ask then. But I feel great had swelling is under control and the curves are starting to appear.
