It's been 2 weeks since my tt.. I'm doing better than I thought I would I even eased my way back to a lite work schedule,but your body will let you know when your doing too much. I even went to dinner with my husband and things went okay. I still have swelling but drinking a lot of water helps.
I also use a product that helps with swelling call max arnice it help with bruising.
