Gained 50 lbs over 5 yrs in my 40's. Lost 50 lbs at 50. Spent two years running then started lifting weights. Was in the best shape of my life but left with saggy skin on tummy, and everywhere else.
Spent two weeks in a lot of pain but had great tender love and care from my daughter EMILYE. Best advise that I was thankful that I took from my surgeon. " rent a lift chair and purchase an elevated toilet seat" you will need these!
The first two weeks are hell! Don't expect to get back in the gym for 2-3 months. The results are well worth the pain and patience! However knowing what I know now... I'm glad I did it but...I would not repeat it again!

Dr. LoMonaco is a very impressive man. He is so well rounded and talented. Not even counting his medical background. I would describe him as down to earth, witty, kind, and funny! His talents as a surgeon speak for themselves. He is so honest and would not allow me to have a breast lift and arm lift that I thought I needed. His staff is always pleasant, caring, and helpful, especially Destany! I would definitely use this talented team again!
