After Two Years It Stretched out and Now Have a Scar.. Totally Worthless Procedure

Hi. When I first had this procedure my lip looked poutier, mainly because it was swollen. However, the scar was pretty much invisible and I felt that it had mostly been worth it. Fast forward now, three years later and I feel VERY differently. I had this done when I was 30, I do not scar easily, I'm very healthy and active. Now the scar is stretched out, I think whatever he 'lifted' has now stretched back so it's this white scarred area where he stitched around my nostrils. It's to the point where I'll need to get the scar treated with a kind of laser. So, not only was it a waste of 3k, but in the end the effect of the procedure disappeared AND I was left with an ugly scar that I will have to spend a good bit of money to get rid of. Don't let this doctor make you feel you need this stupid procedure. It's a cash cow, he does it in his office it takes maybe 15 minutes and he gets 3k so it's incredibly profitable. Be smarter than I was!

NOT worth it--years later scar WILL stretch out..

it's been 2.5 years since the procedure and whatever effect it had initially that I liked is gone, and in its place is a scar along my nostril line that is stretched downward.. It was nearly invisible a year post-op but 2.5 years later and much of what he lifted has stretched back in a scar, it's noticeable enough that it will require laser treatment. Total waste of money.

4 months post op

The line that I was concerned about two months ago has vanished for the most part, so I'm very satisfied with that aspect. However, more troublesome is the 'holes' that developed around month 3. As you can see in my earlier pics they were not there before but somehow developed, I assume from strain on the suture line. I'm disappointed as I was very cautious to avoid tension from Dr. H's advise, and thought I was in the clear for any issues like this! I don't even know when exactly it happened, but about a month ago I noticed two grayish sort of scabs on my suture line, and one smaller blackish one. They appear like they will heal like indention scars in the future, but of course I can't be sure until they are gone. Hoping for the best, but I am very disappointed by this development in the process. The healing otherwise has been fantastic.
The crater-like scabs don't show up very well, but you can kind of see one or two of them in these photos. I'll try to get better pics later. Two of them are sort of grey/flesh tone so they don't stand out much but are definitely scabs..
