Been thinking about this procedure for a very long...
Been thinking about this procedure for a very long time, and it's finally becoming a reality. I made my first deposit with Dr.Cortes and bought my plane ticket. It wasn't till then that I started to get a lot more nervous yet very excited. Sh!t just got REAL lol. I can't wait to be a "Cortes Doll". I was wondering if anyone can give me some tips in prepping, especially cause I will be traveling really far. Surgery is about 6weeks away, and I haven't bought anything yet. Hopefully someone will be able to help. Thank you in advance ladies, I look forward to hear from you! Thank you.
4 weeks till my surgery
I still haven't bought anything. Was looking at squeems but I don't know if I should get a size smaller than what my measurements say I should. Also the medications we are suppose to take before surgery, isn't dr.Cortes suppose to give me a prescription to get those? Or can we get those over the counter?
I plan on getting all the medical supplies and the cigar pillow when I arrive in Houston. Traveling from Guam and having a limit of one check in luggage at 50lbs is kind of tight,, especially since i will be staying in Houston for about a month for recovery.
I will be posting my pre op pics sometime soon. I'm soooo dreading it lol. Gotta figure out a way to crop out my tattoos. I can't wait till Dr. Cortes works his magic on this body.

Thinking of a lot of things
Was wondering when I will get the call from Ms. Lucy to put the 2nd deposit down. I also Haven't heard back from her about some medications I was taking. Emailed her a couple weeks ago to find out when and if I should stop taking them, but no reply. So just to be safe I stopped. I don't want to fly thousands of miles, to go there and they tell me I have to reschedule.

When is a good time to start wearing it after the surgery? I want to make sure I'm prepared, at the same time I don't want to purchase anything that'll be too big or too small.
Lymphatic drainage massages
How many days after surgery should I get the first massage? How many times a week should I get them and for how long? I have read some RS sisters getting them a couple days after, and some weeks after.
Ab boards and the back dip boards?
Some RS sisters use them and some don't, and both still get great results. Do majority of the vets think it's necessary to use these?
