Office review: 38 Yrs Old - Houston, TX

So after everything the office Manager Jen was able to accomodate me due to miscommunication we had... She was really understanding and was very professional and accomodated me to go through my Sx which I had yesterday... Thanks God everything went through ok . I'm very swollen but I can see change to my buttocks . I will post as soon as the swelling goes down!!! I hope I get the results I wanted .

Ok let me update this review so that this doesn't go the wrong way... There's no doubt in Dr Cortes skills but yes clearly there's been an issue of lack of communication between patient and Doctor's staff. I believe there's nothing wrong by writing in here what one feels is wrong from a Doctor's office and No this is not talking bad against an specific Doctor!!! Tks

Can someone please explain to me how is a Doctor's office so irresponsible??? I was schedule for a Sx with Doctor Cortes for tomorrow June 2nd and today at around 6 pm Maria calls me from Doctor's office to advice me that surgeries have been cancelled for Dr Cortes due to him not renewing his contract with Houston northwest Hospital in time. I'm so angry to the point of crying because I have known that his office staff is so irresponsible and are not near professional at all!!!! I wanted to cancel so many times but I know he is a good Doctor but so sorry that he is so cheap not to hire people that are medical professional to handle his office... Instead he has people that don't even know how to speak English... He has a staff that is rude and never know anything when you ask them a question. Anyway I decided to go ahead and proceed with this Sx with him and did the Impossible to obtain three weeks off from work... Weeks that I can't just cancelled and go back to work... Weeks that I will loose money . But the slap to my face is when Maria One of the girls from Doctor Cortes office tells me.... We can go ahead and schedule you for next month and you'll be the very first one in July.... Can you believe that ladies??? This people don't have a word of I'm sorry or we apologize or anything!!! All they care is to keep the money ... Not realizing that anyone that decides to do a Sx like this ones does a major change of plans yo try and get time off and accomodate who will take care of your children and so on.... I'm so angry that even my Husband took time off from his job to help me out with the kids and my recovery.... I can't believe this is happening to me I'm loosing so much money by not working and on top the surgery is so expensive. Ladies sorry but I felt that I needed to write down this because I'm angry , dissapointed and sad . How does a proffesional person does something like this to anyone??? How??? Who pays me now for just staying home and not do anything and this people asking me if they can schedule me next month?? How??? It is impossible for me to take time off because I was already using all my yearly time off to do this!!!!
