Today was a good day...the discomfort seems to be easing up and things seem to be healing good

I've wanted this procedure for a long time due to everything sagging from years of yoyo dieting. This procedure is not for the faint at heart....the recovery is a difficult and painful one. You definitly need help the first week to get things done because arm mobility is very limited...simple tasks like getting dressed...showering and washing your hair are almost impossible the first few days.By day 3...I was off the narcotics and able to control the pain with motrin. Everything seems to be healing well so far. I still have lots of swelling but I think I will very happy with the final results

I originally had two other consultations but when I went for my consultation with Dr.LoMonaco...I knew he was my doctor. He's extremely knowledgable in his craft...explained the procedures to me in great detail and he gave me the opportunity to ask alot of questions without feeling rushed. He is such a skilled surgeon...but more than that..he has a wonderful bedside manner...very kind...great sense of humor and he genuinely cares for his patients. All of his staff if incredible..very professional and caring. Destiny and Chela are there every step of the way to answer any questions before and after the surgery and they constantly follow up to make sure everything is healing well.
