Better Than Before
When I was 21 I was in the United States Navy. I met a great man and got engaged. We were getting ready to have a baby and at 8 months pregnant my fiance died in a tragic accident. I was now alone and getting ready to have a baby. I had gestational diabetes and during the last month the baby grew quite a bit. I asked for another ultrasound but was denied because military insurance would not pay for two ultrasounds. I complained to the Doctor that the baby had grown a lot and he was larger than 8 lbs. The Doctor claimed there was no way that I could know. The baby was 10 lbs 2 ounces at birth. He had a fractured collar bone and I my uterus was over stretched and was bleeding profusely. After everything was taken care of the Doctor admitted that it should have been a cesarean section instead of a vaginal birth. I was very upset because it was to late to do anything about it now.
I stayed alone with my baby going to college and trying to make a living for many years, I didn’t date for quite some time. Once my life was back on track and felt my son was old enough to understand things I started dating and met a great man whom I married and had another child with.
Once I started having sex things weren’t right but since it had been quite some time I didn’t really think much about it. I also have a lot of wetness so it was difficult to decipher weather my vagina was of abnormal size or if it was just the wetness.
I had lost a lot of weight and was lifting weights, jogging, cycling, kickboxing and none of that helped with muscle tone of that specific area. So after my second child, by cesarean, i decided to see someone about my issues.

I have to admit that over time as things changed, I had not realized the degree to which my vaginal muscles had become lax. I would do this surgery over again if necessary, I would have done it years ago had I known then what I know now. I do not have even the smallest complaint about my visits, the procedure, or after care. His cost was all inclusive with no added fees or anything. The price he gave me is the price I paid and included all the after care and Dr. visits. I found Dr. Vitenas to be kind and professional and a I would return to him for any other procedure I might want to have. I have seen other plastic surgeons and Dr. Vitenas is the one I’ll be returning to.
