The I-guide neck lift is done in the office with Valium administered by mouth. I was convinced this was the procedure for me- I wasn't ready for a full facelift. I only wanted my neck "tweaked" a bit. The procedure went great & Dr. Boynton and his staff make sure you are comfortable the entire time. The recovery time was fairly short. I slept the rest of the day of my procedure and was up and about my regular routine in a matter of days.
