After the birth of a 9lb baby followed 2yrs later...
After the birth of a 9lb baby followed 2yrs later by another weighing in at 11lbs 3oz, my previously trim and relatively flat abdo vanished completely. In it's place was an "alien landscape" of flabby rolls, wrinkles and lumps and bumps, which sadly no amount of exercise would fix! My abdomen felt unfamilar and strange and I just couldn't seem to take it "on board" esp because I was unhappy with it's apppearance and also quite restricted in my clothing choices. I knew that eventually one day I would fix it, but for years family and business interests prevailed, until finally 16 years after the birth of my 2nd child I decided I owed it to myself to invest the time and money into something that was of significance to me! I'm so proud that I eventaully had the courage to prioritise my own needs and undergo the surgery I'd been dreaming of for so long. The result has been amazing and whilst my tummy is not quite the same as my pre-baby body, it's pretty darn close and I'm thrilled!
