Amazing Surgeon - Couldn't Possbily Be Happier with the Results of my BA - Harrison, NY

I found Dr. Greenwald through his stellar online reviews, so I am thrilled to now be able to share my own positive experience. I could not possibly be happier with the results of my breast augmentation surgery! Dr. Greenwald is absolutely amazing: he’s a brilliant surgeon who also truly cares for his patients. From the first consultation, I knew I had found the right doctor. Dr. Greenwald asked great questions and actually listened to my answers in order to understand what I was hoping to achieve from my breast augmentation surgery. He also patiently listened to and addressed all of my questions, and continuously made himself available for any other questions I had after that first consult. On the day of the surgery, he put me at ease by going over everything with me again so that I was fully clear on what to expect and to triple-check that he understood my objectives. After the surgery, he was right there by my side in the recovery room letting me know everything went great; and later that evening, he personally called me at home to see how I was doing. Dr. Greenwald’s staff continued to check on me each day the first week after surgery, and each day I was able to tell them I felt great. I give Dr. Greenwald all the credit in the world for my quick and easy recovery: I was logged in and working remotely the night of my surgery and I was fully back to work two days later!
Dr. Greenwald’s staff also deserves credit for contributing to my wonderful experience. Everyone in his office is incredibly attentive, helpful and professional. Just to share an example: I had my surgery at the end of January, and with the terrible weather we had this winter, it turned out that each of my scheduled post-op appointments was on the day of a massive snowstorm. Dr. Greenwald’s staff went out of their way to reach me and find times to accommodate my schedule so that I could make my follow-up appointment and not have to worry about driving in bad weather. Never before had I had a doctor’s office tell me: “just let us know when is good for you, and we’ll be here!” Perhaps even more impressive, I never had to wait once in their office – Dr. Greenwald always saw me on time.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Greenwald and his staff. I’m thrilled with my decision to have breast augmentation surgery, and ecstatic with the results. I would strongly encourage anyone thinking of a cosmetic procedure to go see Dr. Greenwald.
