So when did you start doing ab work? My guy said. to until 6 months I am working out 5 days a week but not abs. What are you doing and how much, diet?

H0ly smokes.. what a huge difference.. you wouldnt think you were ever heavy in your entire life.. good for you. I too went through my journey and also very into fitness. I am hoping one day to do a competition. The only thing that shys me away is the cost to do one. I have been training myself. Great job and keep up the amazing work. san
