Dr. Andrew Jacono changed my life! I did not think my nose would ever look so PERFECT!! He is an incredibly talented, skilled surgeon.I wanted a revision rhinoplasty so badly but kept reading about how much more difficult of a procedure it is than a primary due to the fact that there is alot of scar tissue and less cartilage to work with. I guess that's why there aren't many surgeons that do it. I was back and forth on whether or not I should go through with it. I was afraid maybe my nose would end up looking worse!
