Front view, 3weeks PO

3 week PO Pics

Here are the only pics I have taken PO. Both implants are still high but especially my right side. I'm trying not to be too impatient but the 'Frankenboobs' are hard to hide in tight clothing. I'm going on vacation in 6 weeks where I will be wearing a bathing suit so I hope they look more normal by then. The TT incision looks good and is healed up. I've been paper taping it and changing it out every 5 days or so to try to help with flattening the scar.

I had my Mommy Makeover about 3 weeks ago! I was a total RS stalker for hours and hours before my surgery trying to find out exactly what to expect. Recovery has not been as difficult for me as I (or my husband) has expected! Took pain meds around the clock for the first 4-5 days and am now just using the occasional Tylenol. I have two kids (1yr, 3yr), and caring for them was my biggest pre-op worry. I prepared to have my babysitter watch them three days during the first week, even though I wasn't working. My husband also took 4 days off work, including the weekend, to help care for us. I also arranged for the grandparents to take the kids for a few hours each day for the first few days just to give my husband a break. At this point, 3 weeks PO, I am back to work part-time and cleaning/cooking as I previously did. Hubby still helps put kids in/out of bed, carry laundry baskets, etc. I am ready for bed, exhausted at the end of every day though, but I guess that's nothing new, having two little ones! I have been wearing the original binder when I'm at home and at night but have been experimenting with other Spanx-type compression garments. The one I've used the most is a long black compression tank top. It seems to be the easiest to function with at this point. I have yet to take any post-op pics, but I want to load my pre-pics so I can delete them off my phone. I'm paranoid that my 1year old will accidentally post them to Facebook! Actually, I just went to add the pictures and can't find them on my phone?? That had me a little worried...
