HI.. I got textures under the muscle round implants.. They don't rea) move as of yet and are still feel hard, especially when I'm lying down. Has anyone else experience d this?

Hi everyone, im nine days post op today, I still have to wear my compression band for another while, cant wait until I can take it off.. I slept on my back for the first time last night and when I woke this morning I was very sore, im getting a few pains but it has improved. . Can anyone recommend a good surgical scar cream?
