I received 425cc silicone implants under the muscle. Dr. Gaines is extremely educated in his speciality. I met with a few other surgeons prior to him, and none of the other Drs. made me feel as comfortable or as safe as Dr. Gaines and his staff. Dr. Gaines and his staff are extremely helpful and kind. All the staff knows your name and they make you feel as if you are at home and not in a Drs office. My procedure went very smoothly and quickly. Dr. Gaines made sure I was comfortable and not in any sort of stress or pain. My recovery was also extremely fast and almost pain free. 4 days after my surgery I was already able to walk around and take care of myself with almost no assistance. The staff is always there over phone or email to answer any questions you may have.
