110lb weight loss after weight loss surgery has definitely left me healthier but it has also left me without my curves and with significant sagging skin and breasts.

I have recently met with a few physicians for consultations for a tummy tuck and breast lift and was curious if implants would be needed as well. So far I've been told that the best choice will be for the lift now and to go back for implants 6-12 months down the road because I still have a significant amount of breast tissue. That makes me laugh because it sure doesn't feel like it! I am also interested in MBC/lipo as well as as a butt and thigh lift but those would be at a later date and secondary to a lift and a tuck!

Looking forward to updating here as I make my final decision and choose a surgery date.

Behind a bit in updating my review but I have decided on a surgeon and have scheduled surgery for October 21st, 2015.... That is only about 2.5 weeks away! My surgeon has recommended a small breast reduction with the lift. I was initially happy to do that, but as the days go by I feel apprehensive wondering how much of reduction I will have and don't want to be "too small". LOL I had my pre-op appointment this last week and talked to the nurse about it and am feeling a little better. I won't see my surgeon again until the morning of surgery! I am just so used to being larger breasted that it makes me nervous to lose too much, but even being smaller, perky smaller breasts will be so much better than what I have going on right now! The office also gave me the option of a pain pump vs. PO pain medication for the first few days after surgery and I have decided to go ahead with that option. I am now just trying to prepare myself for surgery and have everything I need on hand and ready to go. I have heard from a number of individuals that a recliner is a good option, while other say using a wedge pillow is all you need. I am interested to do some more reading and making a final decision.

I'm considering the same procedures and I hate the idea of breast reduction please keep intouch and let me know of your progress and end results. Best of wishes and a rapid recovery!

Post-Op Day 2

Well today is day 2 post op and I couldn't wait to get up and shower and take off my binder and dressings. Can I just say that buying a shower chair was a much needed investment! Having a lot of swelling but the pain comes and goes. Sometimes my incisions feel like they are on fire! Have been icing as needed. It was interesting to see my new body without the dressings or compression garment today. I'm looking forward to seeing it improve as I begin to heal and the swelling goes down.
