My motivation was simple: wanted to get something done to diminish the appearance of my dark circles. When I was referred to Dr. Papillion, I was well read on restylane, and wanted to give it a go. The pro definitely out weighs the con: R was effective, and my dark circles aren't as apparent. My only con was that on my left eye I did suffer from a bit of bruising. So if you're interested in getting R, make sure you have a good time window open that will allow you to have a few days to recover. Overall, had an excellent experience with Restylane. Pain was controllable, and I'm so happy with my results.
