Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

DAY 2
Well...i'm doing damn fine without talking any meds guys!!!

I’ve been always self-conscious about my inner thighs since i was a little girl. No matter how hard i worked my ass off at the gym, or even at my lowest weight…, my thighs still look HUGE somehow. FYI, i’m 5’6 and weigh 117 pounds.
I’ve seen Before-After pics of Realselfers that i’ve been following, and i found there’s no difference in the first week post-op. I tried not to panic, and thought i would wait until my day 10 to upload my review. But i couldn't do that, i'd love to share my experience with you guys, especially those who have been considering having this surgery.
Tips for minimizing swelling and bruising:
- Eating clean (i highly recommend low sodium diet) before the surgery at least 4 days.
- Drinking a lot of pineapple/orange juice before and after the surgery.
- Taking vitamin C
Day 1
I feel sore but just a little not much!
Day 2
I don't even take painkiller, guys. I'm on Master Cleanse.

Provider Review
Dr.Oxeda
I know it's too soon to say this since it takes 4-6 weeks to notice the difference. But he's the best doctor ever!
