Smokers lines and the ability to plump the lips. I've done juvederm twice but it didn't address the fine smokers lines. Thought I'd give restylane silk a try. Created fabulous full lips on top & bottom and no more lines! Not near as painful as juvederm. Only used a topical numbing cream. Little to no pain!
