Mom of 1...ready to Get my Dream Body

Well, I made it through! Surgery was a total of 4 hours! Dr. Garramone was AMAZING!!! If you're in the SWFL area and you are looking for a good surgeon then I highly recommend him. He knows exactly what he is doing.
I was concerned about my scar because my swimsuits are low. He told me to wear a swimsuit bottom on the day of surgery. He then marked right where the suit was so that he could make the scar concealed by the straps.
Day 1 PO was not bad at all. But I think I was still under the effects of the anesthesia. I felt pretty good! And was thinking this was going to be a breeze. I went in for my follow up and they changed the dressings. The first photo is 1 day PO. I was a little shocked at how weird my body looked to be honest.
Day 2 PO I woke up and was stiff in the back. From sleeping so funny my back started hurting, I also noticed that from the binder pressing my skin up and the bra strap pressing my skin down I have weird fluid build up on my sides. It makes me feel yucky lol. But I managed to only take 2 pain pills for the day. I did tylenol PM at night and that seems to be the trick for me! Slept the whole night!
Day 3 PO. OUCH!!! Today just sucks. I had to take a pain pill finally at 3 pm to help. The drain sucks and I have accidentally tugged on it a few times. So if this post is oddly worded I am sorry lol. I can say that I LOVE how flat my tummy is looking already and that Dr. Garramone did an excellent job on fixing my boobs. He had to pull my abs back together about 3 inches from them being split apart from my pregnancy! I am thrilled.
I have been doing nothing the past 3 days other than getting up to go to the bathroom and walking from the bedroom to the couch in the living room. Keeping all my garments on as instructed and taking it slow. My boyfriend has bee AMAZING! I am truly impressed. He really stepped up to the plate and has been with me for everything. Even gives me a sponge bath every night

First of all, I love this site! I have read so many reviews and it has been so helpful for me to see what real-life experiences of others have been.

I am a mom of a 5 year old little girl and she is amazing! After having her I lost all my weight and then some. But she during pregnancy she ripped my abdominal wall and over time it has gotten worse.

I am very petite. I am 5'0 and 98lbs. But with all my working out and eating right I have been unable to get the results that I want. I still have a lot of excess skin and a little pooch on my lower abdominal. I also want to get my abdominal fixed. Finally, I have 375cc silicone implants under the muscle, but they are sagging and skin folds that I would like to fix.

After speaking with 4 different surgeons I have decided to go to with Dr. Garramone and have put down my deposit! He will be performing a breast lift with implant and tummy tuck. Also, lipo for contouring if he needs to.

I am most scared of the recovery after and hope that my results meet my expectations.

We still have to pick out my implant size. currently, I am a 32D but would like to be back to a 32DD at least. I have been a DD since my senior year of high school and got implants after breastfeeding and feeling deflated to go back to my original size.
