I came to the conclusion that my lower eye lid...
I came to the conclusion that my lower eye lid bags was not due to lack of sleep, but hereditary. Extremely happy with the final result of operation. Dr. Felder and staff was highly professional and courteous.....very well organized specifically with the logistics of pre and post surgery. I am only two weeks post surgery, but very happy thus far with results. Price was also very reasonable.
