What I like most about Dr. Kraft is that he stands behind his work. He is accessible, schedules as much time for followup as you need and then supports you during the postop period. He doesn't take the money and run off on vacation; I booked my surgery months in advance to get a particular date knowing that he wouldn't leave town for a month afterwards. He answers calls at night and on the weekends like a real doctor and doesn't go in for all the hype. It is all about the quality of the work and he is a perfectionist. He didn't try to sell me on more than what I wanted or could afford. He wouldn't schedule me until my medical doctor had approved the surgery so no short-cuts or avoiding medical truths in his practice. The anesthesiologist was a lovely man with a calming personality. Dr. Kraft's office staff, his K-Team, are the best. They handle my phone inquiries, work the schedule like pros and advocate for patients. The office OR is accredited and it is a very comfortable environment for the surgery. Best thing, besides Dr. K, is that I didn't have to go into the city where prices are much higher, the staff can be snotty, and offices aren't easily accessible. Why go to Manhattan when Dr. K is in your backyard?
