32 Yr Old Mother of 1, 435 Cc Gel Silicone Implants Above the Muscle - Folsom, CA

Let me begin by saying that Dr. Mabourakh has, in 1 surgery, changed my life! I was referred to him through a friend (who also had an amazing BA with Dr. M), and after consulting with 5-6 other surgeons I decided to see Dr. Mabourakh. When I arrived, I was greeted by his wonderful staff and had a brief wait I the reception area. Once I was taken back I was surprised at how much time Dr. Mabourakh spent answering my never ending questions and making sure I was thoroughly informed about my (possible) procedure. I admitted to him that the other surgeons I met with advised me to do a lift with implants, however Dr. M was confident that he could produce the results I was looking for WITHOUT the lift! Needless to say, I scheduled my surgery that afternoon! I live in NY and his patient coordinator Maggie was very accommodating as to schedule my pre-op appointment for the day before surgery. Fast forward 3 weeks to my BA surgery. I arrived at his Folsom location and was again greeted by his wonderful staff. They promptly took me in the back to begin the required tests needed. After a (moderate) wait in the lobby, I was admitted for surgery. Again, Dr. Mabourakh reassured me that everything would be okay and answered (yes) more questions. My surgery was smooth and had no complications. My post-op instructions were very clear and I was reminded that I could call ANY time with ANY concerns. When I woke up, of course I was sore, but was up walking my small dog later that evening. The following day I expected to see bruising and be in some serious pain but I experienced neither! I actually was able to go out for sushi with my mom 24 hours after surgery! A week later I had my post-op appointment and Dr. Mabourakh was very patient in explaining the steps I needed to take with my recovery to ensure the best results. Now, 3 weeks out I am loving the way my body looks! My swelling has subsided and although my new breasts will take some time to feel and take their final shape, what I see in the mirror couldn't make me happier. I went on a date with my husband last night and for the FIRST time, had the confidence to wear an extremely low cut, body hugging dress and let me tell you, people noticed my curves! ;o) . Dr. Mabourakh is definitely an artist and has given me a better outcome than I ever expected. He and his staff are extremely professional and kind and I will (and have) recommended them again and again.
