Dr. Dickerson has a deep understanding for understanding what I'm trying to say what I want as an end result and delivering with the utmost care and concern. I like that he doesn't waste time while working but allows for much wait time if I need to numb first. I've been with him for YEARS and natural way he has maintained my concerns has left me with a result I am so very happy with. My boyfriend/now husband says, "anything she has had done always looks natural". I'm also bat crazy with work and my work schedule is horrible. Dr. Dickerson works very very well with working ladies that never have time for themselves. He also advises on what's going to go on after the work being done. I am not one of those people that is comfortable with the unknown so he preps me anytime we try something new for "what to expect" with timeframes. Toni is his right arm and her communication is outstanding via telephone, in office and also by cellphone. If I have to say one negative thing about Dr. Dickerson's office? Sometimes when I call for an appointment, the damn phone line is busy for hours! They have a portal now and it is very handy. I would caution also to allow time to wait to be seen. I go nuts if I arrive 5 minutes early and am not seen at my EXACT appointment time. I've learned however, that some have more questions or need more time than others or that Dr. Dickerson has got to call the hospital......he does the best he can to make sure I'm seen on time and even if I'm irritated at the wait going in and on a time crunch....his work never disappoints me and his care and attention to detail and comfort is never sacrificed. I've been with him for years and he is very consistent with his standard of care. Most importantly? I like him because he listens and I love his work because it delivers exactly what was needed (vs. what was asked for). I hope this review helps you in deciding who to trust with your body, face, skin, etc. I trust Dr. Dickerson with my body, face and skin and I've recommended him to my dear and close friends. I do not recommend people ever but he is one I can attach my name and reputation to without the slightest doubt in my mind. I hope you visit him and get to know Toni!!
