6 months post and I've spent thousands of dollars to try to fix this

It all looks weird when I talk
0:49
Now that I'm back in my country of residence and will be unable to go to The States for Christmas for any kind of revision, I have spent thousands of dollars on filler and Laser skin tightening, temporary solutions and so not why I spent nearly $15,000. I still don't look like myself and my face looks like 2 different people, but I do look better than a couple months ago! I really hope that Dr. Nima will be able to do a revision on all of it. I would like to add that Dr. Nima is a wonderful man and very honest and accountable plastic surgeon. He told me that the results were not what he was expecting or hoping for, but he had to open up the right side after he already closed because my BP spiked and I started bleeding. He's consulted with colleagues about my case and he's never made me feel like I was complaining unnecessarily, being high maintenance or had unrealistic expectations. I can't the same about communication from management staff who became curt with me when problems started to present and she charged me for lip filler to try to fix the lift lip situation. Dr. Nima did not charge me for the subsequent 3 rounds of filler thwt didn't even last a day, because as he said, you pay for a result.
I have had filler from South Korea injected into my jawline, the deep crease on the nasal labial fold and my lips to help make things look better. My jawlines still look totally different, I still have jowls and it feels like my muscles were pulled too tight and my skin wasn't pulled enough.
I hope Dr. Nima will be able to do something this summer.

It keeps getting worse

13 and a half weeks later things are getting worse. As the swelling goes down my neck and right side of my face are only getting worse. My chin looks horrible, my neck looks horrible. I catch myself in the mirror and don't recognize myself. My neck and chin and the entire right side of my face are a mess. I'm out of the country now so I don't even know what can be done.. And this post isn't even about my lips... I'm wearing lip contour, liner and lipstick...

Neck is getting worse

12 weeks after surgery my neck looks worse than before my surgery. The skin is still crepey and hanging ofd the muscles that are now sticking out. My chin is 2 different different shapes and my jawline is tight on the left and still have laxity on the right. I wanted lipo under my chin but was told it wasn't necessary (although 3 other surgeons said otherwise) and I would get the result I wanted without it...

Dr Nima Shemirani is a very nice man and honest and accountable doctor. He always took time to answer all of my questions, we talked about current events and our families. He never made me feel like I was being high maintenance or had unreasonable expectations. He said my results were not what he wanted or expected and I'm hoping he will do whatever he can to fix me when I can get back to the States. Certain members of his office staff did not make me feel this way and the coldness and curtness that was shown when I started having problems is only added to my anxiety and is why I gave the low star rating.
