Surprisingly Good Breast Augmentation Experience - Essex, UK

I had wanted a breast enlargement for a long time as I had naturally tiny boobs. In fact they were nearly none existent! Bras were a joke in that most didn't fit but I couldn't go without or I'd look like a boy. Chicken fillets were an essential! I'd been to see various surgeons but always found myself to be unsure sometimes of the surgeon and sometimes the procedure itself. I read about Nigel Carver and went to see him. Felt confident about him and gave myself a few weeks to decide. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr Carver and the staff at Holly House Hospital were kind, reassuring and very professional. My boobs are very natural looking and fit my small frame brilliantly. Wouldn't have wanted them bigger or smaller. I explained I wanted a natural look and showed him a few pictures. I was given three different sized implants to try but was undecided between the 275cc and the 315cc which were the middle and largest sizes recommended. On the day, I asked Dr Carver to choose what he felt was right bearing in mind I wasn't going for a glamour girl look. When I woke up I was shocked and wished I had asked for the 275cc. He used the 315cc and they felt huge! Everyone said they were not huge and looked perfect already but they felt so big. With regards to pain I felt none. I was really surprised as I'd read that under the muscle placement has a higher element of pain but I genuinely had no pain and only took paracetamol for a few days to be safe. I did however have terrible backache for about 4 weeks. (I thought it was from my new boobs which is laughable as they are still only regular sized boobies! Think it might have been through awkward sleeping.) I had torpedo boobs for about 3-4 weeks, after which they started to slowly round. Now 8 or so weeks later they are great apart from left one taking slightly longer to regain sensation. I've even experienced slight booby greed (I believe that's what it's known as when you wish you had gone a little larger) thinking ooh they just look normal. Then reminded myself that is what I wanted and any bigger and they would look and feel silly. They have a filler appearance front on and medium projection side profile so look a little smaller side on then front on (if that makes sense). All in all, I'm very happy with the decision I made and couldn't have asked for a better surgeon!
