Well, It's done! The pain is certainly tolerable. I was very grateful to have Tramadol and Flexeril though. I had my surgery Thursday morning. Everyone at the surgery center were great. I did go out and have cold stone creamery that night, but I don't think I would have done much more. Friday I slept most of the day. Today (Saturday) I've only had Tylenol so far. Still feeling a little tired but I'm feeling much more comfortable today. I'd say the first and second day were the worst for pain. I am looking forward to the swelling going down. I had previously been worried about the size I chose, but now that's it's done I think the size is just right.

I am 2 days away from my dual plane BA. I am having so many feelings. I'm excited and yet nervous. I want everything to go as planned. I picked up my meds and things at the pharmacy and am starting to get things ready. Since I am having the dual plane I won't be lifting my arms above my head much so I have lowered items I normally reach for (such as clothing on a higher rack and my shampoo that is up high). I am so grateful for this site. It's really helped me plan for the worst and hope for the best. One more day of work and then I will be off to surgery the next morning.
