Was pleasantly surprised with the staff and procedure. My consult was with Dr. Davila. I was a bit nervous until the staff made me feel like we're good friends. Everything was explained prior to doing it. All in all it wasn't half as bad as I had anticipated. If it works, I may do my thighs.
I had also gone to 3 other consults, Ideal Image in North Haven and Avon, and Radiance in Avon. Received three different ways to approach, never met anyone other than the sales person who was very eager to get me to finance and set a date. Never met with a professional at these places. Esana Med Spa has a friendly staff, met with a Dr., more reasonably priced, nearly half of Ideal Image even with their so called 25% discount. I would highly recommend Esana and will be returning for my followup. Maybe even get my thighs done while I'm there.
