Post op update

Just wanted to post a quick update after my post op appointment. The Lipo of my armpit breast tissue was definitely done and done so well. It remained swollen enough that I worried it wasn't done for about two weeks then went down to a nice size. I spoke with the doctor about the pleating in my incision. The technique helps him create a shorter scar. The pleats are already relaxing somewhat.
My incision is still raised at least an inch above mg abdomen which will correct with time but in the meantime is super uncomfortable. I am wearing my faja and a corset type binder on top which doesnt seem to be making it go down, but sometimes time is the thing it needs most. My aftercare had been fantastic. All questions answered quickly.
At 17 days post op, I'm relatively pain free.

Excited to See my Results!

I want to be very through and come back and update as necessary here. From the start, Dr. Davoudi is caring, through, and honest. His results in RealSelf and Instagram speak to his skill. I've seen some reviews complain he is too quick, but I didn't feel that way. He took time to answer all of my questions completely and teach me about the process I would go through. After that he does leave quickly but there's nothing else to be discussed. His staff was super responsive to all of my questions pre and post op and always expressed care. They always take time to listen to you. You never feel like they're trying to move on to the next thing when they're with you.
I have no complaints leading up to my surgery. The only thing that could have been better is a private place to discuss payment options. We were discussing the payment options available in a desk to the side of the front desk but the waiting room is tiny, and my husband said he could hear everything including payment amounts and the procedures I was having done when he was in the waiting area and I was finalizing payment at the counter. Hopefully their new office has a better arrangement for that. That may just be a personal issue that doesn't bother anyone else.
I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, Lipo of the hips and flanks, BBL, and breast lift and augmentation. The lift was the lollipop lift and the augmentation was done with 450cc moderate profile saline implants.
On the morning of my surgery everything was very efficient. The doctor came to see me, made sure I had no questions, did the markings, and I got back to the OR within an hour or so of being told to arrive at the hospital. I was treated with care and have no complaints. The staff at Gwinnet were very kind and thorough.
I do have a few minor concerns since my surgery that I have not yet gotten to speak with the staff about yet but I'm sure will be resolved. When I left Gwinnett, they did not put the strap above my breasts. I asked the next day about it and ordered one on Amazon since I am not near the office and they agreed to reimburse my purchase. During my procedure I was supposed to have lip fillers injected, which was not done even though I paid for that which was disappointing. I was also supposed to have the breast tissue in my armpit removed during my procedure, and I'm not sure that was done. It could still be swollen though as I am only 10 days post op upon writing this. That procedure was on my consent but was not in my aftercare packet.
My final concern is my tummy tuck incision. I am only 10 days out so not trying to worry too much about it. I did a lot of research before the procedure and usually the immediate post op photos I see on Snapchat are of smooth and neatly closed incisions. My incision is pleated with lots of bunched skin. Everything I read says that this is normal and will relax in a few months, but it's disappointing and super itchy to need to wait a few months to see a smooth tummy. I am worried the pleating may pull on the incision or make the scar worse. I've just heard others talk about the closure of the incision impacting the scar. This isn't a negative, just something I wish I had expected going into the procedure.
Overall I love Dr. Davoudi and his staff.
