I have always been small chested, I was a 32A in high school and a 32B after I graduated. Pregnancy and breastfeeding made me loose what little fullness and perkiness I had. I was very impressed by Dr Fryers reviews and just felt like he was the right Dr for me. I live 2 hours away from his office so I scheduled my consultation and pre op and my surgery all at the same time. I had my consultation/pre op Friday July 31, 2015 and my surgery Aug. 4th with my post op today, Aug. 5th. I decided to get 350cc saline HP over filled to 380cc under the muscle with the incision through the crease. The day of surgery I was tender but pain wasn't bad, I was taking my 800mg ibuprofen every 8 hours along with 1 Percocet every 5 hours. I had some very slight nausea from the medicine but nothing bad. I am the day after surgery, I have been using ice and doing my stretches along with taking my ibuprofen every 8 hours but I have been cutting my Percocet in half and only taking 1/2 every 5 hours. Hopefully I will be off the pain pills and only on Tylenol and ibuprofen within the next day or so. So far I am so happy with them! I can't wait for them to drop and fluff so I can see the final size!!! I took my measurements this morning and I am a 32DD, but we will see in a few months what they end up really being...

Dr Fryer is AMAZING! He is funny, and very professional... I love that he gave me a very blunt, realistic expectation about what size would fit my body and about the results I would get. I am so happy that I decided on him for my Dr. His staff was great and did everything they could to accommodate me. I ended up being very early for all my appointments and they got me in much sooner than my scheduled time so I wasn't waiting around.
