I'm feeling great and very happy with the results. When I work out hard, I still swell little bit, but I think that is normal? I still have a lot of numbness and tingly type soreness in my abdominals. But feel great! I am ready for this scar to lighten up more.
Started to exercise again....FINALLY!!
i finally got back to the gym about a week ago and I feel like I've never worked out a day in my life! So sore and tight! Major welling after...but I survived! Everyday gets better! Can't wait to see these scars fade and my abs emerge!!!!
3 weeks down-advice on best scar therapy PLEASE!
I went in for my post op appointment and they said everything was looking good. I can start adding some exercises in so that will be nice to get going again. I can start treating my scar now with scar therapy. Do any of you have any good recommendations? I really want this thing to Fade quickly. My doctor also said I need to avoid push-ups and chest presses. Does this mean forever? They made it sound like I should avoid them forever which will be hard to do. Any thoughts?

Office was great. He met with me at the first visit and was awesome. I felt comfortable with him and have many friends that have gone to him for breasts and they look incredible so I hope my results are as good. Haven't seen his tummy tuck work so I'm crossing my fingers!
