Dr. Preston himself was fine, but his staff was exuded so much incompetence with me, I just couldn't even go through with my appointment. Upon scheduling I asked for an e-mail confirming my tentative schedule and never got one. When I called about it a week later, Amanda- the scheduling assistant tells me i'll need the results of a recent physical sent to the office. I then asked her how recent, and she tells me within 2 weeks. Now this sounded strange to me, and like something that should have been mentioned during my consult. She also tells me she doesn't have access to emails-only the office manager does and that she was out, so the next day I spoke with her- she tells me that something within the past year should be fine. This was on a Friday. Monday I faxed her almost 20 pages worth of medical records with a request for a phone call once received. That was about the ONLY thing done right. The next day I still hadn't been made aware if that was all they needed, so I called and asked and was told if not Wed. Then Monday at the latest. Tuesday rolls around and I've heard nothing, and STILL no Email. So I call and speak to Serena, the office manager, and explain that since I was misinformed by her new girl, I perferred not to speak with her anymore. She says "that is fine, you can ask for me- I'm the office manager". I then asked her to please send me the email that I requested 2 weeks prior and she said that she would when we got off the phone. She took down my email address, which she should have already had from my prior email requesting an email back for the appointment confirmation I never got, and said Amanda was sending the paperwork the next day, that I was told was sent last week. At this point I'm already beyond irritated, so I just asked one last time how long it will take for my papers to be reviewed. She tells me "oh taking glance over it within 10 to 20 minutes in let you know". and wouldn't you know, two days later, I still heard nothing, & I still have no email.I emailed the office manager Serena, to let her know how frustrated I am with this, and she responds back," I already told you what your appointment date was, and you'll have to get with Amanda to schedule your physical"so I politely told her to cancel my appointment. LADIES PLEASE AVOID THIS INCOMPETENCE AT ALL COSTS.
