I'm 28yro. 5'1 and 130lbs. I've been wanting liposuction for about 8 yrs now and finally decided to go through with the procedure as a bday gift to myself. I did my research, met with 3 surgeons, planned my time off from work, and booked my treatment. Now when I first met with Dr. Paresi and his staff, they all "seemed" great. Very welcoming and made me feel super comfortable. Answered my questions during my initial consultation and was even told I would a get a discount due to being small and not having so much fat. The staff was very attentive and definitely kept in touch with me. As soon as I paid my procedure 2 weeks before my scheduled date, the communication definitely changed for the worse. The day of my procedure came and 2 hrs prior to they call me to tell me that they ran into some problems and will not be able to do my procedure. Wtf! Long story short they rescheduled me, I was rushed from the moment I got there. They didn't even take measurements only a few pics. Gave me my medication and literally 5 min later I was in the op room. The tumescent fluid was given to me and the doctor didn't even wait for it to fully take effect. He began right away. The pain was horrible (awake lipo) nothing I would ever want to exp again! Slightly 1hr50min later I was being sent on my way! On the day of my first follow up the doctor was again rushed, only answerrd a couple questions and gave me horrible advice about my garment. They decided to reschedule my 6 week follow that same day (1hr before appt) and I haven't heard back from them up to his day. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! I WISH I WOULD OF DONE MY PROCEDURE ELSEWHERE. My abdomen is super uneven! He left pockets offat everywhere.
