3 months post op pics

Sorry the pics didn't upload.
I meant to tell yall that I still use the arnica cream for the soreness on my back and I use the Rosa mosqueta oil. I still put biofine cream and tape the tummy tuck and belly button every day. Even though it's healed on the outside its still healing on the Inside. The micropore tape helps the scar to continue healing and it keep the incision scar flat.

3 months post op

Hello dolls this will be my last update for a while. I'll probably provide another update at 6 months and then a year. I'm happy to tell yall that the lump above my belly button is not a hernia it's a collection of fat. I went to see a local PS here in orlando. He recommended additional Lipo to my stomach and flank. Dra Robles not lipo the stomach. I still have a considerable amount of swelling in sides and lower abdomen usually by the end of the day. I still where my GC daily. I give myself a break for one night on the weekends. I still have soreness when I don't where my GC. I've stated previous everyone heals differently and my process has been slow.

The abdominal board

The ab board is important after the surgery. I started using it at 3 weeks under my garment. It helps to flatten your stomach. I ordered mine from Amazon for like $20. I can be hidden under a loose top or dress.
