14 days until I leave for DR. I've read mostly good reviews but I have read a bad review about Almonte and her Recovery house. I just pray I get to get everything I wanted and I get to to have a great experience. I'm nervous and excited.
Bmi down to 35.4
I've lost 25 lbs so far. I'm almost at my goal. I still have 15 more lbs to lose before my surgery in August!
Trying to get my BMI down
So far I have lost 15 lbs with 30-40 to go. My BMI is currently 37.2 I've been staying away from carbs and sugars. My doctor gave me phentermine to assist with the weight lost. I have to stop taking them next mont because Almonte said to stop them 6 weeks in advance but I'm gonna stop a little sooner. I don't want there to be any issues. After I stop I'm gonna do the HCG diet and that should bring me right to where I want to be. Wish me luck dolls.
