Lipo and BBL Future Almonte Doll - Dominican Republic, DO

Hi Dolls, I just wanted to post on one of the best experiences in this journey that I have had. I am exactly 14 PO and have not updated since I have begun this journey but will slowly begin to do so. I had Liposculpture with Dr. Fatima Almonte on November 17th, since this review is not about her I will wait to go into detail about that in a later post but I will say she and her team are amazing! The Recovery House, My New Life Recovery Home, is absolutely what you need when you are going through this, they are located about 15 minutes away from CECIP and just a few blocks from CIPLA. It is a new condominium building, elevator, modern and has 1 single, 1 double and 1 triple, if you go with Dr. Almonte, they will provide you will a full package. The staff is amazing from the Administrator Massiel to the cook Natalie and the nurses Alejandrina and Keila... I absolutely love these women. They make you feel like you are family, the food is amazing and will cater to whatever you do/don't want, the location is safe and a beautiful view in the evening where you can sit out on the balcony after dinner or anytime to catch the view, catch the sun or fresh air. Each room has a private bath, a/c and, tv with cable and hospital beds....please please do not miss this opportunity if you are having surgery in DR. Hi dolls, okay so I am about 6 weeks out before my surgery, still excited, nervous, hoping to get more motivated and pick back up my regular routine of working out again, question for you ladies has anyone experienced nausea with the folic acid and/or Iron? going for blood work early next week to have an idea of what my Hemo levels are and iron, any other prep suggestions I am open to all!!!!!
