I hate faja's! I hate how I can't feel my skin! I miss the sensation of feeling my skin. Overall my progress has been slow, but that's what's expected. My second drain was takin out a month ago and today I'm 2 months post op. I have fluid retention but I'm hoping it will go down with more massages. My doctor stopped contacting me. I have to bug him. My overal results are good I think. My scar line is a bit crooked and I think I have dog ears on my hips. I wouldn't change if for the world. Overall I like my results. My boobs look bigger now. Ugh. Need to get them reduced. Hopefully next January.

I had to switch my doctor because Robles was unavailable due to the death she had in feb. Laura hooked me up with Fransico Rodriguez. I had a lot of complications because of allergies so I was coughing a lot and having a hard time breathing. I believe the strain on my abs cause my muscles to bleed. The doctor took my drains out too early and I filled up with blood. I came home and was in so much pain. I went to the ER four times before they drained 1 liter of blood from my abdomen. I feel better now, but the recovery has been very painful.

I've been looking forward to a BB (belly button) for 16 years since my son was born. While I don't regret having him, I do regret not taking care of my body when I was during and post pregnancy. Due to a skin condition, my skin refused to stretch while I was pregnant leaving me with 3" stretch marks around my body. I haven't seen my belly button for 16 years, so I think I will break down and cry when Robles works her magic and I wake up with one. It will be like Xmas all over again. I know the recovery is no joke. I'm willing to deal with the swelling, bending over for days, scars, money spend on faja's and massages, etc. It's been 16 years for me to get to this point and I am ready.
